IcyZip
A browser tool to move live text or one file between two open browsers, paired by QR code or private link, with no account or app.
Steyr, Austria. Run by Richard Andresik. IcyZip pairs two open online browsers by QR code or a private link, so you can share live text or send one file at a time (up to 25 MiB) between them. Neither side needs an account or an installed app. According to IcyZip, current clients encrypt text and file contents in the browser before relay; the service still sees connection and file metadata such as file name, type and size. Both browsers must stay open and online: it is not cloud storage or folder sync. The hosted service is currently free, and an Apache-2.0 licensed encryption component is published on its open source page.
