Ejendex wants to make Danish property data easy to find

Building records, ownership, sales, assessments and maps are spread across public registers in Denmark. Ejendex puts them in one place, with free searches to start.

Ejendex is a Danish startup that brings Danish property information together in one place for property investors, advisers and homeowners. Anyone who has tried to look into a Danish property knows the problem: the information exists, but it is spread across several public registers. Ejendex brings it together in one practical overview.

What does Ejendex do?

Ejendex combines Danish property information in one place: building and dwelling records (BBR), ownership, transactions, public assessments, maps, company accounts and property portfolios. It is built for property investors and advisers, who need to research properties quickly. Homeowners can use it too, to understand their own home and follow updates to its public assessment through the free Boligvagt service. As Ejendex points out, a public assessment is not a guaranteed market or selling price.

Who is behind it?

Ejendex was founded and built by Thomas Holm Ingemann, and the platform is operated by his Danish company SWIFTFOX ApS. The idea is simple: make information that is spread across public registers easier to find and use.
